Back here I mentioned that I needed to make some extra space and intended doing a little de-stashing. Well I have finally gotten around to sorting out some of my fabric and my de-stash is listed below. I also realised that I had missed my 3 year blogaversary so promised a giveaway before Christmas. I missed the Sew Mama Sew giveaway day but there are some charm packs to give away below at the end of the post!
Momo Wonderland - now out of print. 10 Fat Quarters £30 (plus postage) or 20 FQs for £55 (plus postage)
Tanya Whelan Dolce: 8 Fat Quarters (blues, pinks & oranges or pinks & lavenders) £20 (plus postage) or all 24 FQs for £55 (plus postage)
I know a few people were interested in the Tula Pink Hushabye Fat Quarters but they have all already gone! But I do have some bits that I cut which include 30 of the prints in this line.
Layer Cake: 42 10x10" squares - £25 (plus postage)
Jelly Roll: 42 2.5"x width of fabric strips - £25 (plus postage)
Charm Squares: 50 5x5" squares - £10 or £7.50 with anything else (plus postage)

If you are interested in any of the above email me at the address at the top of the blog - don't just leave a comment as it may get lost in amongst the others!

| Top left two are Kona Solids & top right two are Kaufman in pinks and reds |
Giveaway now closed!
Open internationally and I will choose the winner next Saturday (15th)

I would cheerfully kill for the Sunkissed layer cake to make a cheer-me-up happy quilt as I've been ill for the last ten days
ReplyDeleteI'd split them with mum! (but I'd keep hometown cos I'd love that for my much dreamed of low volume project... Good luck with the de-stash, some gorgeous prints there!
ReplyDeleteI'd give the Hometown to Sarah for her LV project and keep the other (maybe one of the solids?) to make a couple of cushions for myself. Hope the destash goes well!
ReplyDeleteI really love Rouenneries and Hometown so I would spend a lot of time admiring them before cutting them into a lap quilt and cushions.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a great giveaway! I'm loving HSts at the moment and charm packs are great for this!
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of itching to make another solids only quilt so I would use those Kona charms for that!
ReplyDeleteHave fun destashing :)
I think if I won, they would go into my stash for a good long time as well. My stash is growing, but sewing output reducing!
ReplyDeleteI am collecting solid charms for a quilt top and I love Hometown, but would have to wait for the perfect project for it. Thanks for teh chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI'd make patchworky things? What kind of patchworky things? No idea, I have sunday brain today!
ReplyDeleteI think i like Hometown or panache the most, just lovely! : )
ReplyDeleteOh fabulous giveaway Amanda'i have a gazillion projects in my head, and from next week, the time to them at last!
ReplyDeleteCushions! Charm packs are great for that and I like them for trying out designs without committing to an entire quilt.
ReplyDeleteWell done for destashing - I'm sure I would benefit from doing the same! What I need to ask is how did you make the Amy Butler jelly roll look like it was floating? I'd love some charms I'd be inclined to use them in some of my scrap projects if that's allowed! thanks for the chance
ReplyDeleteohh I'd love the solids charm packs, I never seem to buy them and when I do they go before I can blink.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lot you are getting rid of! You have a lovely choice of charms too! Congrats on your 3 year anniversary! Jxo
ReplyDeleteOh what fun! I have some cute wall-hanging patterns that are made from charm packs, and yours would be a great start.
ReplyDeleteI have the More Nickel Quilts book and there are a few patterns I want to do out of it.
ReplyDeleteI'd go for the hometown as it would be useful for a quilt I'm going to make in the new year and maybe one of the kona charms as I've not done much with solids only an this might tempt me - maybe a cushion or something.
ReplyDeleteLovely giveaway, Amanda. If I won I think I would use them towards my aim to do a postage stamp quilt at some point in the not too distant future. Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous giveaway. I think I would plump for the Kona solids or maybe the Kaufman or maybe one of each! I think I'd make a quilt to snuggle under whilst on the sofa
ReplyDeletewhat a wonderful giveaway. I'm very much a beginner quilter and I am in the process of finished my second quilt. Going to have hand quilting/basting a try. I love the colors in the Hello, my name is.... and these are the colors in my youngest daughters room and I know she would treasure a home made quilt.
ReplyDeleteNo idea what I'd use them for yet but I like Odysea and Panache. If all fails I could chop them into quarters and use them in a scrap vomit quilt- I have a basket of 2 1/2" squares I'm collecting from my scraps right now.
ReplyDelete(kerryATpenny-dog.co.uk) http://blog.pennydog.com
I think I'd make them into some lap quilts/baby quilts to have on hand for gifts :)
ReplyDeleteNot really used charm packs before so would like to give them a try as my bigger project alongside my first attempt at English Paper Piecing now that someone has given me a lesson!!! Paper ordered and ready to go. Many thanks!! Kelly
ReplyDeleteI always say I'm going to destash, but I can't do it! Impressive:)
ReplyDeleteWow you have THE most impressive stash and to de-stash and hold a giveaway is great for us ;) Thanks for the chance!! Off to email you about some of the fabric above!! Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI retweeted :) And forgot to answer the question!! I am planning on trying to do a chevron and these precut squares would certainly help that!! Thanks for the chance!
DeleteI have eyed up Rouennieres sooooo many different times. I would use it to make a quilt for the brand new day bed we are ordering this weekend. The colours would be perfect in our "dining" room.
ReplyDeletei'd love the rouennieres to make my mom a pillow (cushion) cover to match the quilt i made her last christmas. i'd love the hometown for myself, but have no idea what i'd make!
ReplyDeleteUsually I use blues and greens in my quilts and they're mostly scrap quilts. I'm now trying to plan them using specific collections and colours, and it's time for some Kaufman red and pink. The pattern that is highest on my to do list is Orange Soda, one of the many made popular by Katy Jones.
